What happens after I purchase?

You will get an automated confirmation email and text message with your payment receipt within a few minutes.

Within 2 hours (Mon-Fri) you will also receive a telephone call to confirm your order and confirm estimated delivery date.

When your order has been shipped we will email you again with a tracking code.

Do you offer a warranty or satisfaction guarantee?

Yes to both!

You automatically get any manufacturer's warranty included with your purchase which covers you for damaged or faulty products. This can be between 6 to 12 months and can often be extended at no extra cost.

You ALSO get our Tots on the Move satisfaction guarantee: Fall in LOVE with your product for 30 days, otherwise return it for a full refund. No questions asked, no forms to fill, no small print, no hoops to jump through.

How do pre-orders work?

When a product is on pre-order you pay the full amount as normal to secure your order. The product is then delivered to you when it becomes available. You will find the expected delivery date in the product description.

If there are any changes to pre-order product delivery dates we will email and call you to confirm.

If in doubt, you can always contact us for support with a pre-order product so we can help you with more accurate delivery dates.

What should I do if a product is defective or damaged upon delivery?

We aim to provide products in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund as per our policy.
